Don’t fall off. Many women have been put in dangerous or embarrassing situations in their quest to find love and marriage. It is unfair for Satan to make victims out of well-meaning Christian women who are simply searching for love and comfort in these tumultuous times, but then he doesn’t play fair. Have you noticed that your friends have more and more bizarre dating stories? Crimes of passion and domestic disputes are taking teen girls and everyone in between to early graves. Have you discovered some weird, crazy stuff about someone you thought was good for you to date, since you met him at church? It seems that Christians have sort of lived on a grace pass where they could slip and slide out of God’s will and word, and slip back in unharmed. However, God means what he says, and says what he means. The wages of sin really are death. When you slide outside of God’s covering—knowingly or through ignorance—you are still subject to the consequences of your transgressions.
